ORDERS

When will my order arrive?

For orders going to major metropolitan centres (excluding Perth), 90% of orders will arrive within 2 business days but may take up to 5 business days. Deliveries may be delayed during busy periods including Christmas and Sale, and around public holiday. Please see our Shipping page for full details.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email from Shippit with details of who your order was sent with, tracking information and an estimated arrival date.  

SHIPPING

How much is shipping within Australia?

Free Shipping is available for orders over $150. There is a $15 flat rate for orders under $150.

 

Can I ship items to an overseas address?

 

Unfortunately we are no loinger able to ship items overseas.

 

How are your caps shipped?

All caps purchased on our website are shipped in a protective box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you order multiple caps in one order then up to 4 caps may be placed in one box, depending on the style.

 

PAYMENTS

Do you offer Click & Collect?

What forms of payment do you accept?

Stateside Sports accepts PayPal, credit card, debit card and Afterpay. If a credit card/debit card is used this may be subject to further screening where a small refund will be placed on the card and this amount must be confirmed prior to the order being shipped. This can result in delays to 2-5 business days. To avoid any delays pay via a fully verified PayPal account or via Afterpay.

 

Can I pay over the phone?

For security reasons we cannot accept payment over the phone.

SIZING

How do your sizes work?

Stateside Sports carries multiple brands and sizes may vary. The relevant Size Chart can be found by clicking on the "Size Guide" link on most product pages. See our Sizing page for a collection of the available Size Charts.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Due to Stateside entering voluntary administration on May 22nd 2026, changes have been made to the purchase and usage of Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are no longer available for purchase. Any existing Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed in store in a transaction that is a minimum of three times the value of the voucher. For example, if you have a $50 Gift Voucher then this can only be used in a transaction with a value of at least $150.

RETURNS

Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?

Due to Stateside entering voluntary administration on May 22nd 2026, changes have been made to the returns and refund policy.

Any purchases made prior to May 22nd 2026 cannot be returned or refunded.  

Purchases made on or after May 22nd 2026 can only be returned or refunded in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. This means that only those items that are genuinely faulty, unsafe, not as described or doesn't do what it's supposed to do are able to be returned. Change of mind returns and refunds cannot be accepted.
